Account Deletion

Learn how to permanently delete your Invisor account and what happens to your data.

We understand that you may wish to stop using Invisor and delete your account. This page explains the account deletion process and what happens to your data.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account at any time by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Invisor account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Account.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm your decision by entering your password and clicking "Confirm Deletion".

What Happens to Your Data

Upon account deletion:

  • Your personal data and account information will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • All connected integrations will be disconnected and access tokens revoked.
  • Any active subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.
  • Data required for legal or financial compliance may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please export any data you wish to keep before proceeding.
